Persatuan Ekonomi Usahawan Bumiputera Negeri Selangor or known as PeKUSEL is a not-for-profit organization established since Mac 2022 to provide Asnaf Entrepreneurs with access to business opportunities with the mission to develop our micro and small Asnaf entrepreneurs to improve their skills and abilities to grow, expand and sustain their businesses by adopting digital technology. Apart from that, in line with the Shared Prosperity Vision and the “Keluarga Malaysia” concepts, they are also targeted to move out of from the zakat recipients’ category to become zakat payers. 

The YU Prihatin Entrepreneurship Program or Bangkit Niaga, a special entrepreneur development program by Yayasan UniKL and MARA Food Industry Complex (KIMAR) to assist entrepreneurs by offering support services as well as providing consultation in technology and knowledge related basis to food industry. This pilot project will onboard 10 Asnaf entrepreneurs with high export potentials in food and beverages (F & B) industry and meet the requirement standards of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Hazard Analytical Critical Point (HACCP) as well as Halal Certification
