YU Management 

Our corporate color is purple and the butterfly logo is a symbol of our efforts. Why the butterfly was chosen as YU’s logo, The butterfly is an insect and the six qualities of insects fit well with YU’s aspiration. The six qualities are:

    1. The butterfly can spread because it can fly. This represents leveraging on all of one’s (YU’) resources to grow as optimally as possible.
    2. It is very adaptable to environmental and climatic conditions. This represent the importance of being able to spot changes in the external environment and adapt accordingly.
    3. Its external skeleton provides protection. This represent YU’s governance system.
    4. Its small size keeps their demands meager and accessible. This signifies sensibility in being lean and sustainable in undertaking YU’s tasks and projects to achieve its stated objectives and provide optimum impact.
    5. It can delay fertilization until conditions are beneficial to ensure species survival. This underscores the importance for YU to be strategic in moving forward in all areas by ensuring risks are identified and managed.
    6. It undergoes multiple changes (metamorphosis) to facilitate and carry on with life. This signifies that in pursuing sustainability, YU needs to constantly adapt to changes and transform.
